I recently purchased the BMW M2 Inspired product from your website.
I believed that I was purchasing a physical LEGO model or a kit containing the bricks. After receiving the download email, I realized that the product only includes digital building instructions and that no physical bricks are included.
Unfortunately, this was not what I intended to purchase, and I have no use for the digital files. I would appreciate it if you could make an exception and provide a refund as a gesture of goodwill.
I have not intentionally used the files and would be grateful for your consideration.
